The role is responsible for the end-to-end development of comprehensive, high-accuracy pricing proposals in response to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs. This role demands discipline in technical specification and quotation, extending through the order release phase to ensure seamless cross-functional coordination with other stakeholders.
Facilitate the timely and accurate generation of comprehensive proposals and quotations, leveraging integrated software tools to ensure alignment with client specifications.
Manage the end-to-end order release process, including the preparation of finish signoffs and ensuring data precision within the internal management system prior to final transmission.
Review and coordinate incoming workflows, strategically planning resource allocation to meet diverse customer requirements and project timelines.
Partner closely with Sales, Technical Design, Engineering, and Operations teams to propose competitive, high-value product solutions.
Provide regular technical design progress reports and status updates to key departmental stakeholders, ensuring visibility across specific sectors.
Proactively identify and implement creative process enhancements to streamline operations and drive organizational efficiency.
Ensure strict adherence to project deadlines through diligent monitoring and proactive problem-solving.
Actively participate in daily stand-ups and maintain real-time data integrity within the Work Order System and project logs.
Execute ad-hoc strategic assignments and specialized tasks as directed by management to support evolving business needs.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, with a strong preference for the furniture or manufacturing industry.
Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Advanced command of Excel and project management methodologies; experience with ERP and quoting systems.
Demonstrate high levels of self-motivation and a proactive work ethic, with the proven ability to maintain peak performance in high-pressure environments and under rigorous deadlines.
Capable of independent project ownership, including the ability to self-manage complex workflows, prioritize competing demands, and drive initiatives to completion.
Communicate with precision and influence; adept at liaising and negotiating with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless deliverable management.
Maintain a strong customer service orientation, focusing on delivering high-value solutions and fostering positive client relationships.
Possess superior written and verbal communication skills, tailored for professional business environments and technical documentation.
Proficient in the administration and utilization of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) frameworks, Order Management Systems and automated quoting platforms.
