About You – Education / Technical Knowledge
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Proficiency in Windows or Unix/Linux and SQL
- Familiarity with at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Java or Python)
Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ in test planning and management experience in telecommunication industry
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in functional testing and business end-to-end testing
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in coordinating and managing UAT
- Familiarity with SDLC/STLC and Agile practices is an advantage
Core Responsibilities / Competencies
- Support end-to-end testing activities including test preparation, execution, and defect reporting
- Assist in requirements review and test case preparation
- Execute manual and automation tests and document results accurately
- Support UAT coordination and test environment preparation
- As the key PIC from TQA team to communicate the updated test process and test automation progress to all stakeholders.
- Create automation script, execution & ensure coverage optimization. Improve automation regression coverage and testing efficiency. Reduce manual regression effort and improve defects detection effectiveness
- Continuous improvement & innovation. Explore and introduce new tools, techniques, and AI‑assisted testing where appropriate.
