Job summary

RHB Bank Berhad is seeking a Strategy Supports role focused on Quality Assurance within the FM CoE. The position involves reviewing, revalidating and diagnosing breaches to SOPs and BAU practices, and supporting governance and risk initiatives.

You will collaborate on fraud awareness programs for customers and staff, publish FM bulletins, manage Viva Engage content, and assist with system testing and reporting. A proactive, detail‑oriented mindset is essential.

Responsibilities

• Reviewer / Maker on quality assurance assessments for FM CoE to revalidate, analyze and diagnose breaches in SOPs/BAU.
• Supports fraud awareness initiatives for external customers and internal RHBians based on latest fraud trends.
• Assists in publications of FM’s Bulletins to increase information sharing related to FM topics.
• Supports management of FM Viva Engage content and Fraud & Security Awareness Page content; aligns with journey goals.
• Supports system testing as Tester / Maker (UAT, SIT, Regression) on enhancements and scaling-up of developed solutions.
• Supports the FDS for the CoE; on Fraud Rules deployment; assists System Administration for FDS related tasks as Maker.
• Supports Assets Management (Inventory, Budget, Renewals) to ensure delivery of journey against budget.
• Supports Access Management tasks as Maker for Onboarding & Attrition within CoE.
• Supports all system related activities for CoE; assists with sourcing and implementing upgrades or new systems; aligns with journey vision.

Job description

Strategy Supports on Quality Assurance (periodical) reviews as “Reviewer / Maker” on the quality assurance assessments for FM CoE to revalidate, analyze and diagnose any instance of breeches (errors/non-compliances) to existing SOPs / BAU practices;

• Supports on Fraud Awareness initiatives for External (Customers/Industry) and Internal (RHBians) based on latest fraud trends gathered from Industry / Circles within the CoE
• Supports on Publications of FM’s Bulletins to increase information / content sharing related to FM topics
• Supports on Management of FM @ Viva Engage content
• Supports on Management of ‘Fraud & Security Awareness’ Page content; and Support Squad Lead to ensure alignment to journey vision and key goals. Supports on as “Maker” for Guidelines & Standards review (periodic) to ensure conformity Systems
• Supports on System Testing as “Tester / Maker” (UAT, SIT, Regression, etc.) on enhancements and scaling-up developed solutions; Supports the FDS for the CoE; on Fraud Rules deployment; Supports on System Administration for FDS related task as “Maker” on the system assessment reviews for FM CoE (UAM, Vendor Management, Project Management, System Assessments, etc.)
• Supports on Assets Management (Inventory, Budget, Renewals, etc.) to ensure delivery of journey against budget
• Supports on Access Management tasks as “Maker” for Onboarding & Attrition within CoE
• Supports on All system related activities that may be assigned (time to time) for CoE; Supports the bank on the process where required of sourcing and implementing of upgrades or new system or solution. Support Squad Lead to ensure alignment to journey vision and key goals.
• Reporting Supports on MIS & Analytical Reporting as “Maker” on the data compiling, sanitizing, analyzing and all reporting needs of FM CoE to Internal (Grp Compliance, Grp Operational Risk Management, etc.) and external parties (e.g. BNM, ABM) Support “reviewer” function for Loss Event reporting (LDC) and regulatory reporting via ORR Kijang Net as “submitting officer”
• Supports on Dashboard Reporting to CoE Lead on BAU operations
• Supports YTD reporting for circles within FM
• Supports on Surveys required by the Regulators on Fraud topics; Supports on as “Maker” the Decks & Presentations for FM CoE; Provides support to other Circles by ensuring data is well-structured, consistent, and ready for seamless reporting, while also offering technical assistance with formulas to streamline their daily processes.
