Job summary

RHB Bank Berhad is seeking a dedicated professional to supervise and monitor acquiring monitoring and investigations, including internal and external fraud cases involving staff, merchants and applicants.

The role partners with Circle Lead to ensure service providers meet SLAs and quality standards, while delivering timely management information to support strategic decisions and protect the bank’s reputation.

• Provide best-in-class Daily, Monthly & Quarterly Management Information to Guide & Support Decisions & Actions.

Job description

Primary Objective

Supervising and monitoring of acquiring monitoring & investigations. Conduct internal and external fraud investigation, e.g. staffs, merchants, cardholders and applicants whenever required. Identify latest fraud trends and to introduce or recommend best practices, controls and prevention methods. Initiate and assist in apprehension or arrest if necessary. Assist & work with the law enforcement agencies in the investigations. Networking with Malaysian issuer to combat fraud. Conduct training for merchants, staffs and assisting training for officers in law enforcement agencies.
