Zusammenfassung

RHB Bank Berhad invites applications for a Compliance Advisor who will provide guidance to compliance, business and functional groups on regulatory matters and update teams on new and revised policies and guidelines.

The role involves reviewing key documents, performing self-assessments, coordinating with BNM via Kijangnet/BNM website, responding to queries from branches, and preparing monthly compliance reports and training material for staff, FG/FA groups and branches.

Aufgaben

• Provide advice to compliance, business and functional groups on compliance related matters.
• Update business and functional groups on new and revised Regulatory Policy/Guidelines via briefing, email, etc.
• Review and update of compliance documents e.g. Group Compliance Framework & Policy, Group FATCA and CRS Policy, etc.
• Perform Self-Assessment Checklist on policy/guidelines issued by Regulators.
• Attend to BNM’s request via Kijangnet/BNM website, email on the regulations requirement and feedback (exposure draft, notification, surveys) and track the completion timeline.
• Attend queries received from Branches via Compliance Helpdesk and ensure it is attended on timely manner.
• Preparation of monthly compliance report on new/revised guidelines for submission to relevant committees and Board.
• Prepare training material to Compliance FGs/FAs, business and functional groups, branches on compliance documents (framework, policy, guidelines) FEP, FATCA, CRS, etc when required.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by Supervisor/Management from time to time.
