Job summary

Averis Sdn Bhd is hiring for a Workday Supervisory Organization specialist based in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage global Workday organizational structures, ensure alignment with HR and business needs, and support security configurations and data governance.

The role requires analytical skills and collaboration with stakeholders to continuously improve organizational design and reporting accuracy across the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Workday Supervisory Organizations (Organization Chart) globally, including creating, modifying, splitting, and assigning superior organizations
• Maintaining organizational hierarchies and reporting structures
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to ensure Workday organizational design aligns with business structures
• Provide guidance and support on organizational changes, restructures, and workforce planning initiatives
• Support Workday security role assignments and inheritance within supervisory organizations
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve organizational structure and data-related issues
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and governance of Workday Supervisory Organization management
