Job summary

Monee, a leading digital payments provider in Southeast Asia, is hiring a Business Development - Offline Acquisition in Kuala Lumpur. You will identify offline merchants for SPayLater, build strong merchant relationships, and drive sales through end-to-end management from prospecting to contract closing.

You will onboard new clients, provide ongoing support, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor offerings and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–5 years in sales or business development in payments/fintech.
• Fresh graduates may apply.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire offline merchants and partners for SPayLater.
• Build and maintain client relationships to drive satisfaction.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closing.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive offline campaigns.
• Provide product knowledge and consult clients on SPayLater offerings.
• Monitor performance and report progress to management.
