Job summary

Monee is seeking a proactive Business Development - Offline Acquisition to join our Kuala Lumpur team. You will identify and acquire offline merchants, build strong client relationships, and tailor SPayLater solutions to client needs.

You will drive SPayLater sales, manage onboarding, and support ongoing success. In this role, you will develop sales strategies, collaborate with marketing, monitor performance, and provide insights to enhance product delivery while contributing to revenue growth

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
2–5 years of sales or business development experience in payments/fintech.
Fresh graduates may apply.

Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new offline merchants and partners for SPayLater.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct in-depth needs analysis to tailor solutions to clients' requirements.
Drive sales of SPayLater from offline merchants and develop growth strategies.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closing.
Collaborate with marketing to drive offline campaigns and awareness.
Provide expert SPayLater product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
Oversee onboarding for new clients and provide ongoing support.
Monitor client performance and report progress against targets.
