Job summary

Monee in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Relationship Manager - Offline Acquisition to grow the SPayLater merchant network. You will identify and onboard offline merchants, build strong client relationships, and drive sales while coordinating with marketing and operations to improve overall performance.

You will manage onboarding, provide ongoing support, and monitor merchant performance, helping clients optimize opportunities and achieve revenue growth in a fast-moving fintech environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
2–5 years of sales or business development experience in payments/fintech.
Proven track record of acquiring clients and meeting targets.
Strong knowledge of payment solutions and merchant services.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Acquire offline merchants and partners for SPayLater.
Build and manage strong relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction.
Drive SPayLater sales from offline merchants and grow merchant portfolios.
Oversee onboarding and provide ongoing client support.
Monitor performance and report progress to senior management.
