Job summary

Monee is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager - Offline Acquisition in Kuala Lumpur to identify and onboard offline merchants for SPayLater. You will build strong client relationships, drive sales, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Collaboration with marketing and product teams is key to expanding offline revenue. The role requires 2–5 years in payments/fintech, strong negotiation and CRM skills, and multilingual communication.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in sales or BD in payments/fintech.
• Proven track record in acquiring clients and meeting targets.
• Strong knowledge of payment solutions and merchant services.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
• Fluent in English; Malay and Chinese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard offline merchants and partners for SPayLater.
• Build and manage client relationships for satisfaction and growth.
• Drive SPayLater sales and grow offline merchant portfolio.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Collaborate with marketing on offline campaigns.
• Provide product knowledge and consult clients on opportunities.
• Monitor performance and report progress to leadership.
