Job summary

Dai Lieng Machinery Sdn Bhd in Miri invites a qualified candidate to lead our parts sales team, coach staff, set objectives and monitor performance across branches.

You will gather customer databases, analyse market needs, manage client visit schedules and compile weekly reports as part of our expansion in heavy equipment and machinery sectors.

• Managing and objective setting, coaching, motivating and performance monitoring of parts sales personnel and branches.
• Gather customer database and analyse customers’ and market needs.
• Manage customer visit schedule and compile visiting report weekly.
