Job summary

Changan Auto Southeast Asia Co., Ltd. seeks a seasoned Spare Parts Senior Manager to establish and oversee the Malaysia spare parts business system, warehouse setup, and demand forecasting.

You will coordinate with headquarters, dealers, and suppliers to ensure timely supply and implement incentive policies. The role requires 5+ years in automotive spare parts in Malaysia, strong leadership, and bilingual communication in Malay and English, with Chinese as a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in automotive spare parts in Malaysia.
• Experience in spare parts operations and management for NEV or ICE brands, with proven experience in building a spare parts business system from the ground up.
• Strong cross-functional and stakeholder coordination skills, liaising with headquarters, local dealers, customers, and industry organizations.
• Highly adaptable, proactive, and collaborative, with leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Automotive Engineering, Automotive Service, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
• Proficient in Malay and English as working languages; Chinese communication skills are a plus.
