Job summary

Dai Lieng Machinery Sdn Bhd, a local company in Sarawak, is seeking a diligent Parts Department Assistant to handle transactions, stock control and order processing for customers.

You will receive parts, issue delivery orders and invoices, and prepare quotations while ensuring inventory accuracy and reporting discrepancies to HQ. The role covers parts receiving, packing, delivery, and storage, contributing to efficient operations across the service and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle all transactions and work system of Parts Department, Store and Counter.
• Responsible for parts receiving and dispatch, issuing delivery orders, invoices and preparing quotations for customers.
• Ensure stock inventory without discrepancy and report discrepancies to HQ.
• Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock, determining levels, placing and expediting orders, and verifying receipt.
• Examine and verify receipt of parts from supplier/forwarder or related parties.
• Pick, pack and arrange delivery of parts to customers.
• Examine and verify parts to be supplied and delivered to customers.
• Arrange loading/unloading and place parts in appropriate storage location.

Job description

• 3. To ensure the stock inventory without discrepancy. And to responsible to report any discrepancy of parts in terms of quality and quantity to HQ.
• 4.To maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting order for supplies and verify receipt of supplies.
• 5. To examining and verifying receipt of parts from supplier/forwarder or any related party.
• 6. To pick, pack and arrange delivery of parts to customer.
• 7.To examining and verifying of parts to be supplied and delivered to customers.
• 8.To arrange of parts loading and unloading and placing parts in appropriate storage location.
