Job summary

Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd is seeking a Delivery Project Management Assistant for APAC Digital Power in Kuala Lumpur.

You will manage revenue forecasts across offices, consolidate regional plans, and align with HQ in China while monitoring forecast accuracy and driving improvements. Ideal candidates have background in supply chain or project management, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong data analysis skills with Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in related field.
• Prior experience in supply chain, logistics, or project management is preferred.
• Adaptative with multi-cultural environment, ability to learn and understand technical products and principle quickly.
• Analyze skills: Have the foundation of data analysis, statistics, and familiar with Microsoft Excel.
• Communication skills: To collaborate with cross-cultural teams and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage the revenue forecasts of each representative office and improve coverage and accuracy.
• Consolidate the revenue forecast from rep offices and align the revenue plan with HQ in China.
• Monitor the revenue forecast accuracy of the region, analyze deviation causes, and drive improvement.
• Manage Asia Pacific Digital Power’s order fulfillment and revenue progress.

General Description of Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage the revenue forecasts of each representative office, review the revenue forecast coverage rate and accuracy, and consistently make the improvements.

Consolidate the revenue forecast from rep office, develop the regional revenue forecast, and align the revenue plan with HQ in China.

Monitor the revenue forecast accuracy of the region, analyze deviation causes, and drive improvement.

Manage Asia Pacific Digital Power’s order fulfillment and manage revenue progress.

Candidate Requirements:

Prior experience in supply chain, logistics, or project management is preferred.

Bachelor degree or above in related field.
