Job summary

is seeking a Spa Manager to lead the overall performance of the spa/onsen and aesthetics site, ensuring guest experience, operational excellence, compliance, people leadership, and financial performance (P&L responsibility) in line with Management targets and brand standards. You will drive revenue, manage cost controls, staffing efficiency, and KPI performance; prepare monthly reports and action plans for Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Spa Manager and teams; recruit, coach, set targets, and manage performance to maintain high professionalism and service quality.
• Drive revenue, manage cost controls, staffing efficiency, KPI performance; prepare monthly reports and action plans for Management.
• Improve bookings, consultations, packages/memberships, and retail sales; implement approved promotions and partnerships with measurable results.
• Own service standards and customer journey; manage escalations and service recovery; improve satisfaction, reviews, and repeat visits.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, licensing, treatment protocols, documentation, and audit readiness; maintain facility and equipment standards.
