Job summary

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Spa Manager to oversee daily operations of our spa in Shah Alam, Selangor. You will manage staff schedules, customer appointments, and ensure high standards of service and hygiene.

The ideal candidate has spa, beauty, wellness, or related retail management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to drive sales targets while maintaining a friendly working environment. Weekend and holiday shifts are required.

• Proven ability to lead and train staff and meet sales targets.
• Strong leadership and customer-service skills.
• Organised, responsible and able to solve problems independently.

About you

• Previous experience in spa, beauty, wellness, salon or retail management

• Basic computer and administrative skills
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays according to the scheduled roster
• Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English; additional languages are an advantage
