Job summary

Technology Bucket is seeking a Spa Concierge to provide a warm, personalized luxury welcome to hotel guests, external visitors, and regular members. You will conduct professional consultations to introduce Thalgo's marine-powered treatments, matching guests' wellness needs with specific facials and body rituals, while anticipating guest needs and handling inquiries.

You will actively manage the spa booking system, drive upsells and cross-sells, and handle daily cashiering and housekeeping tasks

Qualifications

• SPM or diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in beauty, skincare, retail, or customer service preferred.
• Good knowledge of beauty and skincare products.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Sales-driven with ability to meet targets.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

• Conduct walk-throughs of reception, waiting lounge, and retail displays for presentation and hygiene.
• Keep lounges and changing facilities stocked with linens and amenities.
• Monitor facility wear-and-tear and report issues to Spa Manager for external coordination.

Conduct professional consultations to introduce Thalgo's marine-powered treatments, matching guests wellness needs with specific facials and body rituals

Anticipate guest needs and professionally handle checkouts, guest feedback, and inquiries

Actively manage the independent spa booking system to optimize therapist schedules, eliminate gaps, and maximize daily appointment capacity

Drive upsells and cross-sells by pairing treatments with body scrubs or recommending specific Thalgo retail products for home care to achieve daily sales targets

Handle daily cashiering, process accurate billings, and perform standard daily financial closeouts

Conduct routine walk-throughs of the reception, waiting lounge, and retail displays to ensure pristine visual presentation and hygiene compliance

Keep the relaxation lounges and changing facilities continuously stocked with clean linens, amenities, and complimentary items

Monitor facility wear-and-tear, reporting any building maintenance or technical issues directly to the Spa Manager for external coordination

About you

SPM / Diploma or equivalent

1-2 years' experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, retail, or customer service is preferred

Good knowledge of beauty and skincare products

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Sales-oriented with the ability to achieve targets

Willing to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
