Areoma Wellness Sdn Bhd in Penang, Malaysia is seeking a friendly spa therapist to join our team. You will perform treatments such as body massage, foot reflexology, and relaxation therapies while ensuring a safe and comfortable guest experience.

• Perform spa treatments including body massage, foot reflexology, and relaxation therapies
• Ensure every guest receives a comfortable, safe, and professional treatment experience
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of spa area, treatment rooms and equipment
• Prepare treatment rooms before and after each session
• Understand client needs and provide suitable treatment recommendations
• Maintain proper communication and coordination with reception and team members
• Follow spa SOPs and service standards consistently
• Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat visits through quality service
• Support overall spa operations when required
