Job summary

Altios South East Asia Pte Ltd seeks a Regional Sales Manager for Southeast Asia to drive commercial expansion in cement and process industries. You will develop customer relationships, identify opportunities, and support strategic projects across the region.

You will manage the full sales cycle, coordinate with agents, monitor trends, and report CRM activities to support regional growth with ~50% travel expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering, International Trade, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in cement/process industries or related heavy industries.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin would be a strong advantage for regional interactions.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships and identify new business opportunities across Southeast Asia.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposals, negotiations and order follow-up.
• Coordinate with local agents and partners to ensure market coverage and business development.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to support regional expansion and strategic decisions.
