Job summary

Hatch Asia is seeking a highly experienced Cement or Architecture Product Technical Specialist at the General Manager level to oversee operations, manage supply chain and financial accounts, and lead a dynamic team.

The role requires 10 to 15 years of senior management experience in cement or architecture products, a strong financial background, and a proven ability to recruit and develop a high-performing team across the ASEAN region. Travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of experience in cement or architecture products in a senior management role.
• Strong financial acumen with experience reading financial reports and preparing budgets.
• Established network with architects, engineers, and developers.
• Experience leading teams of 15 to 20 people.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Singapore and the ASEAN region.
• Hands-on, self-motivated leader with a practical approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full supply chain process ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage financial accounts, budgets, and reports to guide decisions.
• Leverage relationships with architects, engineers, developers to drive growth.
• Lead a team of 15–20 employees and foster a productive environment.
• Travel frequently within Singapore and ASEAN to develop opportunities.
• Recruit top talent to strengthen the team.
• Engage directly in day-to-day operations with hands-on management.
