Job summary

Optimize Integration Group (OIG) is seeking a proactive Local Channel Development professional to expand SEA sales channels for aquatic products, meat, fruits, and vegetables. You will build distributor partnerships, develop localized strategies, and drive channel deployment across wholesale, retail, and HoReCa sectors.

You will also lead client acquisition, negotiations, and contract signings with B2B partners, track orders and payments, collect feedback, and support supply chain improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or above in Marketing, International Trade, Agricultural Economics, or related fields.
• 3+ years of local channel sales or client development experience in Southeast Asia.
• Established local sales channel resources with a solid understanding of the local ecosystem.
• Proficiency in English for business negotiations and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Expand aquatic products, meat, fruits and vegetables, and other major agricultural sales channels across SEA.
• Develop localized sales strategies and achieve channel deployment and sales targets.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with core local distributors.
• Proactively identify and develop B2B clients across wholesalers, retailers, and foodservice.
• Track orders, coordinate payments, ensure client satisfaction, and collect feedback for improvements.
• Monitor SE Asia policies, currency fluctuations, and competitor activities; produce market analyses.
• Collaborate with supply chain to ensure sourcing, cold-chain transport, and customs clearance.
