Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur invites an experienced Sous Chef to support the Chef de Cuisine in delivering exceptional dining experiences at Park Lounge, our All‑Day Dining Restaurant. You will oversee daily kitchen operations and uphold the highest standards of quality and presentation.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years as Sous Chef or 4+ years as Chef de Partie in international hotels or F&B, with strong hygiene knowledge, leadership, and computer literacy. This is a full‑time on‑site role.

Qualifications

• Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents only.
• Minimum 2 years as Sous Chef or 4 years as Chef de Partie in international hotels or F&B.
• Solid knowledge of kitchen hygiene and OH&S standards.

Responsibilities

• Support Chef de Cuisine in day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Assist in planning, organizing, directing and controlling all kitchen activities.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Contribute to high-volume all-day dining operations.
