Qualifications

• High school diploma; culinary/hospitality education preferred.
• Minimum 5 years cooking experience in high-standard restaurants or 5-star hotels.
• Strong time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Familiar with HACCP standards.
• Experience in international chain hotels preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary team operations with hands-on leadership and coaching to kitchen staff.
• Oversee production and service, including production lists and line checks.
• Develop and implement seasonal menus, features, and daily specials.
• Promote cross-department collaboration between Front and Back of House.
• Provide administrative support with inventory management, ordering, and scheduling.
• Uphold health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations for guest and team well-being.
