Job summary

Talent Recruit represents a renowned F&B group seeking a Sous Chef & Commis Chef (Thai cuisine) for their kitchen in Sungai Long, Kajang. You will support the Head Chef, supervise prep, and help maintain quality in a busy Thai setting.

The ideal candidate has proven Thai kitchen experience, solid cooking techniques, and a willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Culinary certification is a plus, hostel accommodation is provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Sous Chef / Demi Chef / Commis Chef in a Thai kitchen.
• Good knowledge of Thai cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on restaurant operation needs.
• Able to learn quickly and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef in menu development and kitchen management.
• Supervise food preparation and ensure adherence to recipes and standards.
• Assist in staff training and performance evaluation.
• Manage kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef.

We are representing our client, a well-known F&B group that caters to high-end customers and offers event banquet rentals. They are seeking an experiencedSous Chef & Commis Chef (Thai cuisine) to join their team inSungai Long, Kajang (Hostel provided if needed).
