Job summary

Brady Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive and collaborative candidate for an RFQ-focused role in Penang, Malaysia. Fresh graduates or interns are welcome; a technical/engineering background is a plus. You will analyze spend data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and coordinate RFQs with vendors.

The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and daily tracking of savings via the PWC tracker, with escalation of blockers to management when needed.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates and internship are welcome.
• A basic technical, engineering, or industrial background/education is a plus (but not mandatory).
• Good data analytical skills
• Ability to identify & escape practical problems
• Ability to analyse data collected and proposed initiatives and proposals to meet set goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and interface with internal stakeholders for all RFQ-related requests and updates in both directions.
• Review Clickview spend data and historical purchase records to help identify opportunities for cost optimization and benchmarking.
• Collaborate with the team to identify Part Numbers (PNs) for cost benchmarking and RFQ execution.
• Conduct RFQs with vendors and suppliers for designated parts and materials.
• Maintain and update the PWC tracker daily to monitor savings, progress, and pending requests.
