Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration is required.
2 years of experience in cost estimation, procurement, or RFQ processes in manufacturing or engineering.
Certifications in procurement, cost estimation, or supply chain management are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Analyze RFQ information, including technical drawings and specs, to prepare quotation requests.
Develop detailed cost estimates by evaluating materials, labor, and other expenses.
Identify and assess potential suppliers meeting technical, quality, and delivery requirements.
Review quotations to determine best options based on cost, quality, and lead time.
Collaborate with engineering, procurement and sales to align project specs with supplier capabilities.
