Job summary

BizLink Group is seeking a Sourcing Executive to secure the best products and services while balancing cost, quality, and reliability. The role requires sourcing competitive quotes, negotiating costs, and maintaining accurate costing data in SAP / Agile System.

The ideal candidate has a graduate degree in Materials / Electronics / Supply Chain Management, at least 1 year of purchasing experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Materials / Electronics / Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of purchasing experience.
• Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to supplier sites for quality activities.
• Mandarin fluency preferred due to interaction with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing competitive quotes and ensuring quick responses.
• Conduct cost negotiations with vendors to achieve best value.
• Maintain accurate costing data in SAP / Agile System.
• Develop new potential suppliers to broaden the supply base.

A Sourcing Executive's primary responsibility is to secure the best possible products and services for their organization, balancing cost, quality, and reliability

• Responsible for an accurate costing database in SAP / Agile System.
• Responsible for developing new potential suppliers.

Job Requirements
