APulsar Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Executive in Malaysia to drive end-to-end procurement and supplier management for project deliveries. You will research materials, onboard suppliers, and negotiate favorable terms while coordinating with Sales and Operations teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of procurement experience, a relevant degree, and strong English and Mandarin communication skills.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in SCM or related field.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written & spoken).
• Proficiency in Autocount and MS Excel.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end procurement workflows, ensuring PO placement and on-time delivery.
• Conduct product research to source materials and equipment for projects.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to expand vendor networks.
• Negotiate pricing, credit terms and lead times for cost-effective deals.
• Perform pricing comparisons and market benchmarking to track trends.
• Coordinate with Sales Support to monitor inventory and prevent shortages or overstock.
• Provide procurement support to Sales and Project delivery teams as needed.

Are you a detail-oriented procurement professional with a knack for vendor negotiation and strategic sourcing? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your work directly impacts project delivery and profitability?

We are seeking a proactive Purchasing Executive to drive our end-to-end procurement activities. In this role, you will be key to optimizing our supply chain—sourcing quality products for ongoing projects, building strong supplier partnerships, securing competitive pricing, and maintaining seamless alignment with our Sales and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement workflows, ensuring all purchase orders are placed and delivered accurately and on time.
• Conduct product research to source required materials and equipment for project deployments.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to expand vendor networks and support company growth strategies.
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers on pricing, credit terms, and lead times to secure the most cost-effective deals without compromising quality.
• Perform detailed pricing comparisons and market benchmarking to stay updated on industry product trends and cost shifts.
• Partner closely with the Sales Support team to monitor inventory levels, verify stock accuracy, and prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Provide agile procurement support to Sales and Project delivery teams whenever operational needs arise.

Who We Are Looking For

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in procurement, purchasing, or vendor management (experience in project-based sourcing or technical/industrial products is a plus).
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Mandarin (written & spoken)—essential for daily communication and collaboration with regional partners & suppliers in China and Taiwan.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid analytical abilities with an eye for detail in price comparison and inventory tracking.
• High level of self-motivation, proactiveness, and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Autocount & MS Excel
