Shopee in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sorting Centre Operations Coordinator to oversee daily receiving, sorting, and outbound activities, ensuring smooth workflow.

You will schedule, staff, monitor KPIs and coordinate with manpower providers and internal teams, driving improvements and coaching staff as needed.

The role requires 45 hours per week with rotational shifts; warehouse operations experience is preferred and familiarity with WMS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Working pattern: 45 hours weekly with rotational shift schedule
• SPM or Diploma in related fields
• Prior experience in warehouse operations preferred
• Strong leadership and ability to promote collaboration across departments
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) encouraged

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily Sorting Centre operations (receiving, sorting, outbound)
• Handle scheduling, staffing, workflow, and KPI monitoring
• Coordinate with manpower providers and internal operations teams
• Ensure SLAs are met through effective management; coach/train staff as needed
• Provide daily data reports and identify improvements to reduce bottlenecks and boost efficiency
