Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks for sorters and drivers based on headcount
• Receive and inbound parcels from linehaul
• Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor driver behavior and maintain high customer service levels
• Assist fleet team lead with deployment and training of new drivers
• Monitor and report KPI compliance
• Ensure safety policies and SOPs for in-hub parcel collection
