Job summary

This is a full-time, on-site role in a luxury hospitality setting, requiring flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in wine selection, storage, and presentation.
• Experience in upselling wine and beverages ethically.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations and service standards.
• Excellent guest interaction and staff training abilities.
• Certification or formal sommelier training highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Curate and manage the wine program including selection, storage, and presentation.
• Advise guests on wine pairings to enhance dining experiences.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and support service staff.
• Train team members on wine and beverage knowledge.
