You will plan and execute wine tasting events, coordinate warehouse operations, and ensure each tasting is professionally prepared from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen or local resident based in Johor Bahru.
• 1–3 years of experience in F&B, hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or event industry.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• WSET certification (Level 1 or above) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing for wine tasting events, including scheduling and deployment of event personnel.
• Organize and coordinate the wine lineup for each tasting session with the relevant internal teams.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure wines, equipment, and event materials are prepared and delivered on time.
• Prepare and oversee the setup of all tasting tools, glassware, accessories, and event materials before each event.
• Coordinate event logistics and ensure smooth execution during wine tastings and company events.
• Liaise with cross functional teams in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Philippines to support operational activities.
• Maintain high service standards and ensure an excellent experience for guests and participants.
• Assist with other operational and administrative tasks related to wine events as assigned.

About the Role
