Job summary

Lenovo seeks a Solutions & Services Inside Sales - Config & Deploy to drive design, configuration and deployment services for PC and Data Center solutions in Europe. You will partner with Account Sales and Services teams to expand a services-led business and deliver end-to-end configurations that meet customer business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in IT or related field.
• Experience in sales, pre-sales, or systems engineering is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer discovery sessions and deliver sales/technical presentations.
• Partner with Account Managers to identify customer requirements.
• Act as trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
• Provide technical expertise and solution recommendations.
• Position configuration and deployment services for PC and data center solutions.
• Propose architectures, proposals, and service scope.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer discovery sessions, sales & technical presentations, demonstrations, and solution workshops.
• Partner with Account Managers and Sales Representatives to identify customer business and technical requirements,
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle
• Support sales opportunities by providing technical expertise and solution recommendations,
• Position configuration and deployment services for PC, workstation, server, storage solutions,
• Propose solution architectures, technical proposals, and service scope,
• Validate solution compatibility, scalability, and alignment with customer requirements,
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure technically accurate and competitive solutions.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, pre-sales, systems engineering, or infrastructure solutions,
• Knowledge of PC, server, storage technologies,
• Strong customer-facing communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment with sales, technical, and delivery teams,
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required,
• Fluency in at least one of the following languages is required: German, French, Spanish, or Italian.
