Job summary

Enfrasys Group in Malaysia invites an Intern Solutions Engineer to join the delivery team, collaborating with engineers and clients to resolve issues and support project delivery.

You will attend client meetings, document troubleshooting steps, perform system health checks, and help implement solutions based on customer requirements. This internship offers hands-on exposure to Microsoft technologies, Azure and Microsoft 365, plus learning in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or fresh graduates.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft technologies or relevant skills.
• Microsoft Certification preferred, with experience in Microsoft Azure or Microsoft 365 as a bonus.
• Willingness to work late hours to meet customer deadlines.
• Open to feedback and continuous improvement, able to work independently with good interpersonal skills.
• Candidate must be able to work on a rotational shift arrangement if require.
• Self-directed with the ability to drive change in unstructured environments
