Job summary

Enfrasys Group, based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, seeks a Cloud Solutions Specialist to design and implement Azure-based solutions and guide cloud migrations. You will collaborate with security, DevOps, and development teams to optimize workloads and build governance frameworks.

The role requires 3+ years of infrastructure experience, Azure/M365 knowledge, and cloud architecture skills across Linux/Windows in hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on infrastructure implementation experience.
• Experience in enterprise or SI environments, with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 knowledge a plus.
• Microsoft Certification preferred.
• Experience architecting infra using Linux/Unix and Windows in private/hybrid/public clouds.
• Familiar with multi-cloud, Agile, SCRUM, and CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical and client-facing skills; able to handle changing priorities.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Design and implement Azure-shared solutions aligning with business needs and industry best practices.
• Provide expert guidance on Azure services, including compute, storage, networking, security, and identity management.
• Lead cloud migration projects, ensuring seamless transition from on-premises or other cloud environments to Azure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, DevOps, and application development, to optimize Azure workloads.
• Develop and maintain Azure governance, compliance, and security frameworks.
• Conduct technical assessments, evaluations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) implementations for Azure-based solutions.
• Support pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise in customer engagements, proposals, and presentations.
• Stay up-to-date with Azure innovations, identifying new opportunities for cloud optimization and automation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud infrastructure and application issues.
• Mentor junior team members and provide knowledge-sharing sessions on Azure best practices.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on infrastructure implementation experience.
• Demonstrated experience in an enterprise or system integrator environment, with knowledge of Microsoft solutions like Azure and Microsoft 365 as an advantage.
• Microsoft Certification preferred, with a passion for staying updated on cloud solutions.
• Experience in architecting infrastructure solutions using Linux/Unix and Windows in private/hybrid/public cloud and establishing automated DevOps release management pipelines is advantageous.
• Familiarity with multi-cloud environments, Agile, SCRUM, and Continuous Delivery is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and client handling experience, able to work independently under pressure with changing priorities.
• Candidate must be able to work on a rotational shift arrangement if require.
• Self-directed with the ability to drive change in unstructured environments.
