Job summary

AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. seeks a Solutions Design Manager/Engineer to design, coordinate and deliver end-to-end bespoke logistics solutions for customers in the 3PL sector in Malaysia.

You will lead solution development for complex bids, balancing service requirements, cost-to-serve and operations feasibility. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of relevant experience with strong analytical and modelling skills, and advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of new customers, either with existing client contact or by supporting the sales team for RFQ, site visit and presentation
• Analyse customer requirements and support Q&A sessions
• Design and propose warehousing solutions according to customer needs
• Evaluate resources, MHE, investments, EDI, automation and innovation opportunities
• Provide cost analysis and rates using cost model
• Build RFQ technical proposal and present the solution to customer
• Work closely with Project Management Team for solutions handover upon project award
• Support in solutions adjustment during project implementation phase if needed
• Support Business Development team to create up-to-date commercial packages showcasing Company's expertise and know-how
• Support re-engineering projects in the regions if needed

Solutions Design Manager/Engineer - 3PL Industry - Immediate Hiring!

The Solutions Engineer/Manager is responsible for designing and coordinating development of end-to-end bespoke logistics solutions for customers. You will lead solution development for complex bids, balancing service requirements, cost-to-serve and operation feasibility. You are also expected to support customer engagement and key internal stakeholders through workshops, presentations and technical proposals. You will create and maintain design standards, templates and tools across the region, ensuring consistency across solutions while adapting to local constraints.

Key responsibilities

Support the development of new customers, either with existing client contact or by supporting the sales team for RFQ, site visit and presentation
