Responsibilities

• Direct, personal contact for premium clients across channels.

• Guide elite clients through onboarding for a seamless start.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues quickly.
• Perform proactive system checks and updates to prevent problems.
• Create and deliver client-focused training and guides.
• Advocate for clients internally to improve services.
• Maintain accurate records of client setups, preferences, and issues.
