Job summary
Geek Plus International Company Limited is seeking a Solution Engineer for warehouse automation to engage with customers, gather requirements, and design value-driven solutions. You will collaborate with the sales team to tailor demonstrations, analyze current systems, and present concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
The role requires a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related field, 5 years in solution engineering or similar, and proficiency in English
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
- 5 years of experience in solution engineering, pre-sales, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to explain complex concepts to varied audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities; capable of handling multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is advantageous.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand objectives, challenges and technical needs.
- Collaborate with sales to tailor solutions and provide technical insights during sales.
- Analyze customer requirements by evaluating existing systems and pain points.
- Create engaging presentations and demos to communicate value and capabilities.
