Job summary

Geekplus is seeking an Implementation Engineer for the SEA region to oversee site activities during project deployment in warehouses and supply chains. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure site performance and comprehensive on-site documentation.

The candidate will conduct preventive maintenance, perform root-cause analysis, and prepare training materials for customers and external parties, with potential Singapore consideration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related disciplines.
• Experience in equipment/hardware installation, maintenance, and site supervision.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems or related logistics systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Good IT skills, including knowledge of network infrastructure.
• Frequent travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the site supervisor, overseeing and conducting relevant site activities during project implementation in the SEA region.

• Prepare daily on-site logs and records for customer and internal team reviews.
• During the service phase, conduct preventive maintenance and perform root cause analysis of production issues using diagnostic tools.
