Job summary

Geek Plus International Company Limited is seeking a Solution Engineer for warehouse automation to engage with customers, gather requirements, and design value-driven solutions. You will collaborate with the sales team to tailor demonstrations, analyze current systems, and present concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related field, 5 years in solution engineering or similar, and proficiency in English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 5 years of experience in solution engineering, pre-sales, or similar role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to explain complex concepts to varied audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities; capable of handling multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is advantageous.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.

What you have to do

• Engage with customers to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technical needs. Participate in discussions and meetings to gather detailed information and insights that will help in designing effective solutions
• Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and customize solutions according to customer expectations. Provide technical expertise and insights during the sales process to ensure alignment between customer requirements and solution design
• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of customer requirements by evaluating their existing systems, processes, and pain points. Identify areas where our products can provide value and address their challenges
• Create engaging presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and capabilities of our solutions. Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

What you need to have

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
• 5 years of experience in solution engineering, pre-sales engineering, or similar role
