Job summary

COREFLOX MY SDN. BHD. is seeking a technical lead to act as the primary technical contact for customers across pre-sales, delivery, and after-sales, working closely with the sales team to maintain relationships.

The role includes technical solution support, tender preparation, response to customer requirements (including liquid cooling systems), and the development of sales enablement tools, demonstrations, and training materials for sales teams and distributors.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead and primary technical contact for customers across pre-sales, delivery, and after-sales.
• Provide technical solution support including business and technical consultation, solution planning, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare technical tender proposals and documentation, and follow up on project implementation and site execution.
• Respond to customer technical requirements, including liquid cooling system solutions, equipment selection, BOM prep, and training.
• Develop and maintain sales enablement tools, including industry solutions, presentations, demonstrations, and training materials.
• Provide product, solution and sales training to sales teams and distributors; support product marketing activities.
• Conduct market requirements management and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs and opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Director and management.

Provide product, solution, and sales training to sales teams and distributors, and support the planning and execution of product marketing and promotional activities.

Conduct market requirements management and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Department Director and management.
