Elitech seeks a result-driven sales leader to build and scale its data center cooling business in Malaysia. You will drive sales of Elitech controllers, sensors and monitoring platforms into data center projects and cooling equipment makers, partnering with EPCs, consultants and OEMs.

The role requires a Diploma or higher and 5+ years in technical sales within data centers or industrial automation, with fluency in Mandarin and English. Local market knowledge and long sales cycles are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Own the data center cooling and liquid cooling controls business in Malaysia and meet annual sales targets.
• Win new-build and retrofit projects with data center operators, cloud providers, EPCs, consultants.
• Engage with OEM/ODM partners to design Elitech components into equipment.
• Develop local channel partners and list Elitech on consultants' approved product lists.
• Manage end-to-end deals from lead generation to contract, delivery and payment with HQ support.
• Monitor local projects and market trends and report insights to HQ.

Role Overview

Build our data center cooling business in Malaysia from the ground up, bringing our controllers, sensors and monitoring platform into data center projects and cooling equipment makers.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the data center cooling and liquid cooling controls business in Malaysia and deliver the annual sales target
• Win new-build and retrofit projects with data center operators, cloud providers, EPC contractors and engineering consultants
• Get our components designed into liquid cooling and refrigeration equipment on an OEM/ODM basis
• Get listed on consultants' approved product lists and EPC vendor lists; develop local channel partners
• Run deals end to end, from technical discussions and quotations to contract, delivery and payment, with support from HQ
• Track local projects, technology trends and competitors, and report insights to HQ

Requirements

• Diploma or above, with 5+ years of technical sales or key account experience in Malaysia in data centers, HVAC, temperature control or building/industrial automation
• Knowledge of local data center construction and tender processes, with relationships at EPCs, consultants, equipment makers or operators and a track record of closed deals
• Working knowledge of sensors, controllers and BMS; able to present technical solutions independently
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English
• Eligible to work in Malaysia long term
• Able to run deals from lead to payment; strong negotiator, comfortable with long sales cycles and frequent client visits

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of liquid cooling (CDU, direct-to-chip or immersion)
• Engineering background or Bahasa Malaysia
• Experience with a Chinese or globally expanding company
