Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Facilities Engineering, or related discipline.
• 7–10 years in mechanical engineering, facilities operations, or critical infrastructure, preferably data centers.
• Experience leading regional programs across multiple sites is preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of chilled water plants, CRAH/CRAC units, pumps, valves, and BMS controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional mechanical operations across SEA data center sites to maintain standards and risk controls.
• Own regional readiness for liquid cooling systems including CDUs and secondary loops.
• Provide second-level technical support for complex mechanical issues at site level.
• Drive preventive maintenance, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain regional mechanical operating standards and handover processes.
