Job summary

Vertiv Co is seeking a Liquid Cooling – Product Offering Manager for Asia to own the end-to-end lifecycle of CDU products, including strategy, pricing, and profitability. You will bridge engineering with market needs, lead cross-functional teams, and develop compelling product narratives and collateral for sales.

The role requires 5–10+ years in product management within data center cooling, HVAC, or liquid cooling, plus a strong track record in roadmap execution and market analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Thermal) or Business.
• 5–10+ years of experience in product management, with a background in data center cooling, HVAC, or liquid cooling technologies.
• Strong technical understanding of liquid-to-liquid and liquid-to-air cooling systems, fluid dynamics, and heat exchangers.
• Experience with New Product Development (NPD) processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the long-term roadmap for CDU products, aligning with market trends in AI, HPC, and sustainability goals.
• Conduct competitor analysis and gather customer feedback to identify requirements for new features or products.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization and development to launch and phase-out, ensuring profitability and market relevance.
• Develop business cases for new products, set pricing strategies, and manage product line profitability, including volume forecasts and margin analysis.
• Act as the SME on CDU technology, translating complex features into clear value propositions for marketing and sales.
