Vertiv Co. seeks a Field Service Engineer to deliver on-site support, installation and maintenance for their advanced thermal management systems, including CRAC/CRAH, in-row cooling, and liquid cooling technologies.

Responsibilities include commissioning, diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and 24/7 emergency response to minimize downtime for mission-critical facilities. Strong customer communication and safety compliance are required in this role.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years hands-on experience in thermal management, HVAC systems or data center cooling.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and control systems.
• Familiarity with cooling system controllers, sensors and diagnostic tools.

Responsabilités

• Install, start-up, and commission Vertiv thermal systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support and troubleshooting.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on cooling systems.
