Job summary

Solarvest is seeking a dynamic Tender Support Specialist to prepare and compile standard tender documents, review requirements, and coordinate with internal teams. You will help prepare design layouts using AutoCAD or PVsyst, assist in pricing, documentation, and submissions.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. The role requires strong communication, CRM/ERP proficiency, and willingness to travel and work weekends when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, CRM and ERP System.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities without compromising quality.
• Process-oriented and capable of improving processes to maximize efficiency.
• Strong verbal and written communication for updates and client interaction.
• Willing to work on weekends/public holidays if required.
• Possess a valid driving license and able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and compile tender documents including product lists, datasheets, company profiles, and certs.
• Review tender documents to identify requirements and compliance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technical project requirements.
• Assist in dividing work packages and task distribution within the technical team.
• Prepare preliminary design layouts for solar PV systems using AutoCAD or PVsyst.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Procurement to gather updated documents and financial statements.
• Communicate with external vendors/subcontractors to obtain pricing and specifications.
• Assist in final submissions, ensuring documents are bound and properly paginated.
• Maintain the CRM by updating tender progress and client interactions.
• Track tender pipeline and assist in status reports for management.
• Coordinate responses to project inquiries from clients/Consultants.
