Job summary

Solarvest Holdings Bhd. is seeking an SCM Manager to elevate procurement into a strategic business enabler through rigorous category management, data-driven decision support, and process transformation.

You will drive cost savings, supply chain resilience, and competitive advantage in solar EPC tendering. The role focuses on decision support, automation of procurement processes, and strategic sourcing across modules, inverters, structures, BOS, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g. CIPS, CSCP, CPIM, CPSM) is an added advantage.
Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
Experience in category management, supplier negotiation, and contract management.

Responsibilities

Develop decision-ready dashboards and reports for executives.
Design automated workflows for RFQ, sourcing, cost comparison, bid evaluation, and supplier performance tracking.
Develop and execute category strategies for solar EPC components and subcontractors.
Lead negotiations for key packages and draft/ negotiate contracts
Establish supplier scorecards and manage supplier relationships.
Monitor market trends, conduct risk analyses, and provide forward-looking insights.
