Job summary

Talent Recruit is seeking a Sales Development Representative in Kuala Lumpur to handle inbound calls, qualify leads, and present Rent-to-Own solar offers. You will schedule site surveys and prepare basic rooftop designs for clients, while supporting sales initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years in sales or customer service (phone-based), a diploma or higher, and fluent English and Bahasa Melayu; Mandarin is a bonus. This role is based in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or higher qualification.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service (preferably phone-based).
• Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle and manage all inbound calls and customer inquiries.
• Conduct discovery and qualification calls to identify potential leads.
• Present Rent-to-Own solar offers and convert prospects to advisory calls.
• Prepare basic rooftop solar designs and proposals for clients; schedule appointments and site surveys for sales associates.
• Support sales initiatives to enhance processes and customer experience.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
