Job summary

GetSolar Pte Ltd is hiring a Sales Development Representative in Kuala Lumpur to drive residential solar leads and support the sales team. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, handling inbound calls, answering inquiries, and qualifying leads through discovery calls.

No prior solar experience required; you should enjoy talking to people, handle rejections gracefully, and bring 1–2 years in sales or customer service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
• Fluent or proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound calls and messages.
• Conduct discovery and qualification calls to identify top-of-funnel leads.
• Pitch Rent-to-Own solar offers and drive conversions to advisory calls.
• Assist in preparation of rooftop solar designs and proposals.
• Schedule appointments for sales associates for advisory calls or site surveys.
• Support the sales team with new initiatives to enhance the sales process.
• Handle ad-hoc projects to support the team.
