Job summary

Pathgreen Energy in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our Home Solar business. You will develop sales strategies, manage customer relationships, hit targets and support the sales team in driving business growth.

The role requires at least 5 years in sales or sales management, experience in Home Solar, and a relevant degree, plus strong leadership, negotiation and presentation skills. Travel and own transport are expected as part of business development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales / Sales Management.
• Experience in Home Solar, Residential Solar, Renewable Energy or B2C sales beneficial.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Science, Finance or related field.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets and developing new business.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Independent, proactive, self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Willingness to travel and possess own transport.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of maintaining and growing the Company’s Home Solar business.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing Home Solar clients and develop new relationships with potential customers.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, understanding customer needs, preparing suitable proposals, follow-up, negotiation and securing projects.
• Monitor project execution and coordinate with relevant teams on commissioning and project handover.
• Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
• Plan, strategize and execute sales activities to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Lead, motivate and support the sales team in achieving business objectives.
• Build strong relationships with clients and relevant stakeholders throughout the pre-sales and after-sales process.
• Conduct market surveys and monitor market trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities.
• Provide regular market and sales updates to Management.
